Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • EU Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days (delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain items (e.g., hazardous materials, aerosols) cannot be shipped internationally.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping problems.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
